JANNAE -  MARY -  AUDREY -  THERESA

Jannae Ethier is a 24 year experienced, third generation Hairdresser. Her passion for hair started at the age of 5 as she helped out in her mother Julie’s salon and went to her first International hair show at age 12.

Jannae’s parents instilled education, respect and communication throughout her life which is obvious in her in depth consultations. With Jannae’s specializing in bone structure and color analysis, she will always find your beautiful and fashionable finishes. Her advanced education started with AVEDA, then as a Sr. Educator for ABBA as she traveled internationally teaching and building an education team in New England.

Jannae is constantly competing with herself by demanding more education and adding more hours behind the chair. Another passion she has is working on fashion photo shoots and teaching classes at the local beauty schools, bringing out her professionalism and motivating the up and coming hairdressers. She has also taken on specializing in Ionic Hair Straightening, Integration, Replacement and Extensions.

Jannae is part of Tangerenz as senior stylist. She is excited about making sure each and every guest will enjoy all of the rituals of relaxation, and that every guest will glow from the attention to detail that she displays.

Jannae’s other loves include exhibiting environmental awareness, attending Dodger games and traveling to new places she has never been.

Recently relocated to her old stomping grounds of Ventura, Mary is a welcome addition to the Tangerenz family. Mary’s incredible energy and charisma bring an essence of vitality that shows through all aspects of her life. Her infectious personality makes each experience in her chair, comfortable and entertaining. She has had a passion for this industry from a young age. Since being licensed in 2004, Mary worked in San Luis Obispo for several years learning as much as possible to further her career in this ever changing field. Mary uses her multifaceted talent to turn the conceptual into the actual. She enjoys creating modern styles as well as traditional, classic styles. With her imaginative mind, Mary delights in plunging head first into inventive color application and innovative styles. She also has a forte for creating felicitous up-styles for any occasion including weddings, formals, parties and any other special events or celebrations.

As the youngest member of Tangerenz, Audrey brings a sense of ardor to the salon. Her bubbly personality and expressive smile make everyone who sees her feel a sense of warmth and compassion. Licensed in July of 2008, Audrey attended Lu Ross Academy directly after she graduated high school. She knew hairstyling was where she wanted to spend her career focus. Since being licensed, Audrey felt the best way to approach this business is to learn all you can and learn from the best. This thought process led her to Tangerenz to assist the owner Gavin. For the last year and a half, she has spent every waking hour at the salon soaking up knowledge like a sponge. Under the guidance of Gavin and his staff, Audrey has honed her skills and presents herself like a seasoned hairstylist. She has also found that her main desire in the beauty industry is hair color. Color has become her creative outlet for expressing her craving for generating beautiful hair.

As one of the longest employed members of Tangerenz, Theresa offers all manicuring services for the salon. She a dedicated manicurist with almost 30 years experience and provides incredible manicures, pedicures, and artificial nails. Born and raised in Ventura, Theresa attended manicuring school in Oxnard. She excels in acrylic nails and specializes in colored acrylics. Theresa’s designs with colored acrylic become works of art themselves. Along with that talent, her impeccable nail art make the possibilities endless. Theresa’s eagerness and exposure in her industry has led to the finding of her passion, pampering pedicures. One of her greatest gifts is the knack she has for knowing where her guests need extra attention. Her focus on each guest is definable and truly makes everyone feel well taken care of. As a wife and mother of three, Theresa’s care and concentration show through all aspects of her life as well as her career.
